| ICD Conventional Kilns |
The ICD LINE is caracterised by the use, as source of energy, of a thermal fluid as: hot water, overheated water, steam or diathermic oil.
The heat exchangers, manufactured with the help of a WELDER ROBOT, are composed of stainless steel pipes with extruded finning of aluminium.
INCOMAC Design Office adapts the technical characteristics of the drying units to the customer\'s needs.

ICD/HT LINE (High Temperature)
These are kilns for high temperature drying cycles (more than 90°C), especially for the accelerated drying process of the resinous trees.
The thermal fluid must be at least at 130°C. INCOMAC has a special know how for these very quick cycles.

Units by condensation with heat pump system.
The system with Heat Pump is characterised by the use of electricity, as a source of energy.Being a Heat Pump, the consumed electric energy is very low. If we compare it to the air conditioning or the refrigeration, the consumed energy is total, because we use both the produced cold, to condense the water coming out from the wood and the heat, to warm the wood itself. The first heat pumps generation has been manufactured in 1975. Now the sixth generation is into production, applying 30 years of technological improvement and adaptations to the safety laws of the Environment.
